METHOD FOR PREDICTION OF DEVELOPMENT OF DECOMPENSATION OF MICROVASCULATURE AND SEVERE CLINICAL COURSE OF ALLERGIC PATHOLOGY OF RESPIRATORY TRACT IN INFANTS WITH AGGRAVATED ALLERGIC ANAMNESIS Russian patent published in 2016 - IPC A61B5/00

Abstract RU 2580970 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to pediatrics, and can be used to predict development of decompensation microvasculature and weighting of allergic disease. Method comprises performing research using a spectro-capillaroscope in volume rendering mode (3D-modelling) of microvascular baby bed. Determining following microcirculatory parameters: coefficient of vascular remodelling, coefficient of transverse deformation of blood capillaries department, arteriolo-venular ratio, distance between capillaries, perivascular space estimate. If value of coefficient of vascular remodelling is 10.5 conditional units, lateral strain rate of blood capillaries division greater than 1.5 conditional units, arteriolo-venular ratio of less than 0.36 conditional units, decrease distance between capillaries to less than 32.6 mcm and increase in perivascular space of 106.5 mcm predict development of decompensation microvasculature and exacerbation of allergic diseases.

EFFECT: method allows precise, objective and simple forecast to take necessary therapeutic and preventive measures in risk by conducting spectrocapillaroscopy in children and evaluate most informative parameters.
