SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely pediatrics, and can be used to assess peripheral blood circulation in children with a burdened allergic anamnesis by computer capillaroscopy of the nail bed. With the help of computer capillaroscopy of the patient’s nail bed, the indicators of the microcirculatory bed are determined: the arteriolovenular coefficient, the coefficient of longitudinal deformation of capillaries, the diameter of venules, the distance between the arterial and venular parts of capillaries, the length of the perivascular zone. At the same time, the difference from the confidence averages of a set of 4 or more of the following microcirculatory parameters: a decrease in the arteriolovenular coefficient from 0.32 or less; an increase in the coefficient of longitudinal deformation of capillaries from 2.1 or more; an increase in the diameter of venules from 53.6 microns or more; a decrease in the distance between the arterial and venular parts of capillaries from 13.2 microns or less; an increase in the length of the perivascular zone from 104.3 microns or more, characterizes microcirculation as altered.
EFFECT: method provides an increase in the accuracy of predicting the formation of allergic rhinitis in children.
