At the third stage, information packets containing data on the equipment state parameters are transmitted and received. At the fourth stage, the equipment condition parameters are analyzed. In the fifth stage, control signals are generated. At the first stage, smart technological devices and network switches are connected to the network so that each device is connected to the appropriate network switch. Each of the network switches is connected to at least three other network switches.
