SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the morphological form of 2-(3,5-dichloro-4-((5-isopropyl-6-oxo-1,6-dihydropyridazin-3-yl)oxy)phenyl)-3,5-dioxo-2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-1,2,4-triazine-6-carbonitrile ("A compounds") (form I), which is characterized by an X-ray powder diffraction pattern including the peaks at 2θ of approximately 10.5, 18.7, 22.9, 23.6 and 24.7 degrees and to the options of the methods for its obtainment. Invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions for the treatment of thyroid hormone resistance for the treatment of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis and for the treatment of hypercholesteremia in a subject that has at least one TRβ mutation.
EFFECT: method for the synthesis of thyroid hormone analogues and their polymorphs is proposed.
