FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of organic chemistry, namely to a method of obtaining compounds of formula 
, including (a) combination of a compound of formula 
with a compound of formula 
, dimethylsulphoxide (DMSO) and isopropylacetate with the formation of a mixture; and (b) heating the said mixture with obtaining a diarylthiohydantoin compound of formula (I-1). The invention also relates to a method of obtaining a compound of formula 
, including (a) combination of 4-bromo-2-fluorobenzoic acid with 2-aminoisobutyric acid, dimethylformamide (DMFA), water, triethylamine (TMA) and 2-methylcyclohexanone with the formation of a mixture; and (b) heating the said mixture with obtaining 4-(2-carboxypropan-2-ylamino)-2-fluorobenzoic acid: 
interaction of 4-(2-carboxypropan-2-ylamino)-2-fluorobenzoic acid with the compound of formula (F) with obtaining the diarylthiohyndantoin compound of formula (M-I).
EFFECT: novel methods of obtaining diarylthiohydantoin derivatives, possessing useful biological activity, are obtained.
