FIELD: railway transportation.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the area of railway transport, particularly to methods of wagon amortisation and apparatuses for implementation thereof. The apparatus is comprised of oscillating shafts, rotating rolls and rollers, a lever system and pneumatic cylinders with movable axles on rods. An oscillating shaft is equipped with a friction clutch with brake discs and a bellows, a double-flow distributor and a pressure regulator. A pneumatic cylinder is pivotally connected with a combining lever and the body. A combining lever is pivotally connected with the pneumatic cylinder rod. The body of the friction clutch, pneumatic cylinder, distributor and pressure regulator is connected with fixed supports. The rolls and the rollers copy and transmit the lateral movement and loads of the flanges of the wheelsets during the lateral displacement of the wagon axis. The amount of pressure in the cavities of the pneumatic cylinders is supplied and regulated depending on the value of the lateral deviation of the wagon axis. The rolls push the flanges of the wheelsets away from the rails.
EFFECT: lateral wear of the wheel flanges and rails is reduced.
