SUBSTANCE: sealing of the valve body of the pipeline fittings refers to the ship's hydraulic systems, in particular to the ball valve used as a stop valve installed in the pipeline of the hydrosystem. Seal is made of a polymeric material with a coefficient of thermal expansion, leveled to the level of the coefficient of thermal expansion of the locking body and the body of pipeline valves by adding to its composition micro- or nanoceramic powders with a size less than 1 mcm and their volume content from 10 to 70 %.

EFFECT: claimed composition of the seal does not increase the coefficient of friction and at the same time reduces the deformation under pressure.
