FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aeration devices for introducing gas into a liquid medium, in particular to devices for producing a compact cluster of bubbles of equal size. Device includes a collector in the form of a cylindrical container with a gas permeable top cover located in the lower part of the reservoir with liquid, connected by a branch pipe to a source of compressed gas. Perforations are made in the top cover of the collector at its center and along equidistant concentric circles, where tubes of the same diameter are installed, its height is the same for the tubes arranged along each of the circles, and decreases linearly with increasing radius of the circle. Gas source is a compressed gas cylinder connected through a low pressure reducer, and also through a high pressure reducer and an electropneumatic valve with a manifold branch pipe. Height of the tubes, the value of the low and high pressure, the duration of the opening pulse of the electropneumatic valve are determined by the given algebraic relations.
EFFECT: invention provides a compact bubble cluster of monodisperse bubbles of a given diameter.
