FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention provides a clinical pregnancy probability forecasting model as a result of laboratory tests. The method for clinical pregnancy probability prediction for women with a body mass index of 18.5 to 28.49 for in vitro fertilization programme includes mitochondrial transmembrane potential assessment in peripheral blood mononuclear cells, leptin concentration measurement in plasma and clinical pregnancy probability prediction by the formula: p = exp(logit)/(1+exp(logit)), where logit = 3.39-(0.337*ΔΨ PBM after ovulation stimulation)-(0.08*[Leptin]; where ΔΨ PBM after ovulation stimulation is the transmembrane potential of peripheral blood mononuclear cells after superovulation stimulation, r.u.; [Leptin] is leptin concentration in the blood plasma, pg/ml; p is the clinical pregnancy probability, at p values greater than 0.5, clinical pregnancy is diagnosed.
EFFECT: improved prediction accuracy.
