SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. Tool for frozen confectionary products cutting or embossing, consisting of at least two elements, each element has cavity with internal contour corresponding to outer contour of cutting or embossing article. At least one of elements contains at least one blade or embosser with blade or surface, making embossing, cavity elongated along inner contour. Tool may be used for cutting lines or linear pattern contours in frozen confectionary product surface, in particular, in coating.
EFFECT: invention allows to simplify cutting of any desired pattern on frozen confectionary product surface.
