FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanical engineering and can be used in tests of the adhesive strength of the insulation coating of the windings of locomotive electric motors. Essence: impact is performed on the sample with wear-resistant coatings of the deforming load before the destruction of the coating and evaluation of the test results. Impact is performed on the sample by vibrational vibrations excited by sound pressure, and the intensity of sound vibrations is increased before the sample breaks down and the strength evaluation is obtained from the results of a comparison with a reference specimen of a wear-resistant coating, then a conclusion is made about the state of the insulation coating. Device contains a high-frequency acoustic speaker with a frequency generator and a sound amplifier attached to it to control the vibration. Speaker is attached to the top of the test specimen on a special tripod, on the base a stand with grips for the sample is installed, the camcorder having possible movement, carried out by means of a manipulator in several degrees of freedom.
EFFECT: technical result: ability to assess the residual life of the insulation coating, show the dangerous places on the insulation coating.
