FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the field of medicine and cosmetic industry, namely to a method for producing a filler based on hyaluronic acid, including the following stages: A) crosslinking hyaluronic acid by mixing the following components in a reactor: water, hyaluronic acid (HA), a crosslinking agent selected from a class of polyethylene glycols (PEG), an alkali metal hydroxide solution, wherein the mixing time is between 10 and 40 minutes; B) a stage of chemical neutralisation of a gel of the crosslinked HA obtained at stage A), including: B1) obtaining a neutralising solution by mixing the following components: water, hydrochloric acid HCl, a buffer, optionally lidocaine or derivatives thereof; B2) separating the neutralising solution obtained thereby into several n separate parts and transferring these separate parts into n containers including the gel of the cross-linked HA obtained at stage A), wherein n equals an integer between 4 and 32; B3) mixing the contents of the n containers using a rotary apparatus rotating the containers around the axis of the rotary apparatus in order to promote the penetration of the neutralising solution into the gel of the hyaluronic acid and to obtain a filler based on the cross-linked hyaluronic acid in form of a hydrogel.
EFFECT: present invention ensures production of preparations based on hyaluronic acid with new and improved properties with respect to homogeneity and uniformity of various chemical and physical parameters therein (composition, temperature, viscosity, etc.), resulting in the chemical and physical stability of the preparations increasing substantially with time after subcutaneous injection.
