FIELD: transportation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automated accounting of freight and online monitoring of cargo safety. In the system, the goods are sealed with electronic seals containing LPWAN-modems in their composition, transmitting at certain time intervals a unique number of the seal and a binary signal about the state of the seal (intact/broken). Unique number of the seal allows to uniquely identify the load for the automation of workflow. Data receiving and transmitting unit, processing and displaying operational information is constantly being monitored by means of a two-system GLONASS/GPS navigation receiver, tracking the coordinates of the location of the cargo, conducting a sequential survey of seals for their status. After each survey cycle, information is transmitted to the central dispatch center of the transport company.

EFFECT: technical result is to improve the quality and reliability of the control of cargo transportation, as well as to increase the information content and reliability of information about the cargo during its transportation.
