Command generation method includes: receiving at least two frames of the fingerprint image for the same fingerprint; dynamic determination of n characteristic regions in the first frame of the image according to a predetermined condition; determining n matching regions in the second frame of the image; calculating information about changing the position of the fingerprint in accordance with at least two frames of the image of the fingerprint and generating a work command in accordance with the position change information, wherein the work command comprises a move command and/or a rotation command.
