SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method and an apparatus for semi-persistent SPS scheduling. Method for semi-persistent SPS scheduling includes the steps of: interacting, by a first user equipment, with a base station to acquire a SPS resource allocated by the base station; performing, using the first user equipment, data transmission from a device to device (D2D), with a second user equipment using the SPS resource; after the end of the D2D data transmission, a resource release indication information is transmitted to the base station using the first user equipment, such that the base station releases the SPS resource.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is to save resources when transmitting data.
