SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication. User device comprises a receiving module; a processing unit that is configured to initiate a regular BSR message, when the UE switches from the autonomous resource selection mode to the resource scheduling mode based on the base station, and when data on the current logical UE "device-device" (D2D) is to be transmitted; a transmission unit that is further configured to transmit a second portion of the entire BSR UE to a base station on the second uplink resource.
EFFECT: technical result is to reduce the time delay of data transmission.
