FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical technology and can be used in the manufacture of artificial heart valves. Method includes manufacture of a valve from titanium. Geometric parameters of the heart is converted, obtained as a result of sonography, in the STL format. After that, an artificial heart valve is simulated with diameter that exceeds original anatomical diameter of the heart valve by 25 percent. Method of milling and EDM produce is used for manufacture of collapsible matrix and the die of the heart valve mold. Heart valve is made by the method of metered cold pressing of non-woven titanium material with through porosity with pressure distribution in the area of valve circumference to the area of the valve leaves as 3/4.
EFFECT: technical result consists in providing adaptation and fixation of the artificial heart valve at the stage of prosthetics and reducing the risk of its disintegration.
