SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of optical instrumentation and relates to an illumination device for illuminating a three-dimensional arrangement in the infrared spectrum of wavelengths. Device includes first and second groups of laser devices. First and second groups of laser devices are configured to operate independently of each other. First group of laser devices is configured to emit laser light with a first radiation characteristic, and the second group of laser devices is configured to emit laser light with a second radiation characteristic different from the first radiation characteristic. In addition, the lighting device comprises an optical device configured to vary the first radiation characteristic in such a manner that the laser devices of the first group emit laser light with a first divergence angle, and the laser devices of the second group are configured to emit laser light with a second divergence angle different from the first divergence angle. In this case, the first and second radiation characteristics are adapted by the first and second divergence angles to illuminate various parts of the three-dimensional arrangement in various ways.

EFFECT: technical result is to provide uniform illumination at various distances from the lighting device.
