SUBSTANCE: using to determine the flow rate and / or flow rate of the fluid. Summary of Invention is that the device has at least a first ultrasound transducer and a second ultrasound transducer, allowing to determine the flow rate by the time of passage of the ultrasonic signal, the device further includes a noise-measuring ultrasonic transducer configured to measure the noise generated by the fluid flowing around the ultrasonic transducer, and that the control and processing device is configured to determine the flow rate based on noise measurements.
EFFECT: providing the possibility of improving the determination of the flow rate of a fluid using ultrasonic transducers at very high flow rates, as well as to enable measurement of maximum flow rates.
