SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry and can be used for selective quantitative detection of tetracycline and penicillin antibiotics, streptomycin and levomycetin in milk and dairy products. The method for qualitative and quantitative detection of tetracycline and penicillin antibiotics, streptomycin and levomycetin in milk and dairy products consists in using an automatic electrochemical detection mode using a programmable potentiostat in the multi-measurement mode and modified with nanoscale catalysts based on ruthenium and copper complexes, a working electrode that is capable of selective binding to tetracycline and penicillin antibiotics, streptomycin and levomycetin in milk and dairy products without their preliminary isolation, and 5 ml of milk or dairy product is placed in a container, then a modified working electrode is lowered into it, for 2 seconds with a process potential from +0.5 V to -1 V, measurements are carried out and the current value is recorded, then the concentration of antibiotics is determined along the calibration line, while the concentration of antibiotics may vary in the range of 10-8-10-4 mol/l.

EFFECT: development of an automated electrochemical method for qualitative and quantitative detection of four types of antibiotics (tetracycline, penicillin, streptomycin and levomycetin antibiotics) in milk and dairy products in real time without their preliminary isolation.
