SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for the synthesis of hydrocarbons. Method of synthesis of hydrocarbons is carried out by restoring carbon dioxide in water, in which oxygen nanobubbles are formed by supplying oxygen to water containing carbon dioxide; water, containing oxygen nanobubbles, is irradiated with ultraviolet light in the presence of a photocatalyst to produce active oxygen; and carbon dioxide is reduced in the presence of active oxygen. Device for the synthesis of hydrocarbons is also claimed.

EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the yield of hydrocarbons.
