SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of communication wireless self-organizing networks. In the method, they create communications and transmit data between sensor units (l0a-j, 12a-c, 14a-e, 16a-e) in rail vehicle (2), sensor blocks (l0a-j, 12a-c, 14a-e, 16a-e) autonomously form and configure wireless self-regulating network (8) with a network topology (N) for data transmission in rail vehicle (2) and change the topology (N) in the process of data transmission, wireless self-regulating network (8) forms between the units (14a-e, 16a-e) of sensors important for the operational safety and between the blocks (l0a-j, 12a-c) only for operation. Through wireless self-regulating network (8) important for operational safety data (Ds) is transmitted, in particular, control system data and/or sensor data, and data (Db), important only for the operation, in particular the data of booking places, information and/or accounting data.
EFFECT: safety is improved in rail transport.
