FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to methods for producing reactive monomeric substances. Method provides for the separation of oligomeric/polymeric substances, inhibiting compounds and reactive monomer, optionally in the presence of unreacted raw material or solvent(s) in the production method by membrane filtration, in particular through the use of solvent-resistant membranes and, in particular, through the use of nanofiltration membranes for an organic solvent. Invention also relates to a device for producing reactive monomers, comprising at least one feed opening for inhibitors, a PPU primary purification unit, in which there is a separation of the feed stream containing the reactive monomers into the RM-stream 1 enriched with reactive monomers and RM-depleted stream depleted in the reactive monomer, enriched means that the concentration of the reactive monomer in the RM-stream 1 is higher than in the loading stream for PPU, and depleted means that the concentration of the reactive monomer in the RM-depleted stream is lower than in the loaded stream for PPU, where it further comprises an ISU inhibitor separation unit, in which the separation of the RM stream 1 or the intermediate modified RM stream 1 into the RM stream 2, enriched in a reactive monomer, occurs, and inhibitor stream, enriched with inhibitors and depleted in reactive monomers, while enriched means that the concentration of reactive monomers in the RM-stream 2 relative to the concentration of inhibitors in the inhibitor stream is higher than in the load stream for ISU, and wherein the device of the present invention is adapted to recirculate the inhibitor stream into at least one feed opening for inhibitors, and ISU is a membrane separation unit, where the membranes used are OSN nanofiltration membranes, characterized by a molecular weight cut-off from 150 to 900 g/mol, preferably from 150 to 500 g/mol.
EFFECT: method described in this document can be used in a number of ways to obtain reactive monomers to optimize the use of compounds inhibiting the polymerization, which may provide additional benefits, such as expanding production or eliminating separation unit(s) in a process unit.
