FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of food industry and relates to a specialized food product with a functional orientation. Specialized food product for maintenance and normalization of metabolic processes in musculoskeletal injuries contains calcium hydroxyapatite, magnesium oxide, chondroitin sulphate, lactose, silicon oxide, zinc oxide, manganese sulphate, boron glycerate, chromium picolinate, calcium, magnesium, silicon, zinc, manganese, boron, chromium, glucosamine sulphate, paraaminobenzoic acid, riboflavin and nicotinamide with certain ratio of components. Method of producing a specialized food product consists in preparing mixture No. 1 for encapsulation by dosing paraminobenzoic acid, silicon oxide, nicotinamide and silicon, stirring for 30 minutes. Then mixture No. 2 is obtained by dosing calcium hydroxyapatite, calcium, magnesium oxide, magnesium, chondroitin sulphate, glucosamine sulphate, zinc oxide, zinc, manganese sulphate, manganese, riboflavin. Further, the mixture is prepared by dosing boron glycerate 5 %, boron, chromium picolinate, chromium, pre-mixing with lactose m 200, wherein this mixture is added to mixture No. 2, mixed for two hours. Then, ¼ of mixture No. 1 is introduced successively into mixture No. 2 and mixed for 1 minute. Further, all remaining mixture No. 1 is gradually added and mixed for 30 minutes. Mixture is screened with diameter of holes of vibrating screen 1 mm to obtain a mixture for encapsulation.
EFFECT: invention allows to expand the range of specialized food products of functional purpose, in particular, to produce a product supporting and normalizing metabolic processes in case of musculoskeletal injuries.
