FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an instant tablet drink in the form of a multi-layer tablet for preparing a flaky drink having one or more layers of cream, a layer (layers) of coffee and/or cocoa and optionally a froth when dissolved in a liquid. Tablet contains a dark component, having particles of sugar, coffee and/or cocoa, to obtain a dark layer; white component having a whitener and sugar to form a white layer; where the dark component has a density in the range of 0.5–0.7 g/cm3 and where the white component has a density in the range of 0.74–0.9 g/cm3. At that the dark component is pressed at a pressing pressure of at least 250 kPa, and the white component is pressed at a pressing pressure of at least 1,250 kPa.
EFFECT: invention allows to obtain a flaky drink, intended for a wide range of consumers.
