FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgical and orthopedic dentistry, and is intended for use in the treatment of patients using dental implants. After the incision along the alveolar crest, the full-ply lingual flap is further exfoliated, and at its coronal end two vertical incisions parallel to each other are made, the distance between which is 2/3 of the diameter of the permanent individual abutment in the mesiodistal direction, forming the fenestrated flap, the epithelial layer of this flap is excised with a spherical diamond bur, the fenestrated flap is rotated onto the inner surface of the main flap and fixed with a single U-shaped seam, then the lingual flap is laid along the alveolar ridge, tightly covering the neck of the permanent individual abutment, while the length of the incisions on the vestibular and lingual flaps is half the diameter of the permanent individual abutment in the vestibular-lingual direction.
EFFECT: method allows to improve the modern aesthetic expectations of the patient and reduce the time of adaptation, as well as to create conditions for the prevention of periimplantitis.
