FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgical and orthopedic dentistry. After preparing the patient and performing anaesthesia, a horizontal gum incision is made in the middle of the alveolar ridge. Internal dental grafts are made, located on both sides of the implantation site, thus forming two mucoperiosteal flaps – one vestibular, another palatine or lingual. Further, a guide surgical template is used to form an implant bed. An implant is placed. One semilunar incision is made on the vestibular and palatal or tongue flaps. That way each flap is additionally formed by one small pedicle flap. They are released. A permanent individual abutment is fixed to the implant. After that, vestibular small pedicle flap is turned in palatine or lingual direction and laid on distal side of abutment, and palatine or lingual small flap is turned in a vestibular direction and laid from the medial side of the abutment, filling around the interproximal space, thereby imitating the gingival papillae. After that, the flaps are closed without tension.
EFFECT: method enables forming gingival papillae, creating a soft tissue relief around a permanent individual abutment, reducing traumatism, reducing the length of patient's rehabilitation, minimizing the risk of possible complications, achieving a high aesthetic effect of implant treatment by forming two mucoperiosteal flaps – vestibular and palatine or lingual.
