FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention describes a catalyst composition for purifying exhaust gas from an internal combustion engine, which contains a porous oxide coating containing a zeolite, particles of a substrate made of an oxide of a refractory metal and a platinum group metal on the substrate of oxide particles of a refractory metal, wherein more than 90 % of the refractory metal oxide particles supporting PGM have a particle size greater than 1 mcm and d50 less than 40 microns. Also described are a catalytic article, a method for purifying exhaust gas, and methods for producing a catalytic article.
EFFECT: reduction of HC, CO and NOx pollutants in exhaust gases.
