DIAGNOSTIC TECHNIQUE FOR COGNITIVE DISORDERS AT EARLY STAGE IN PATIENTS WITH DYSCIRCULATORY ENCEPHALOPATHY Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC A61B5/55 A61B6/03

Abstract RU 2675160 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to neurology. Study of the brain in the mode of diffusion-tensor magnetic resonance imaging (DT-MRI) with the calculation of the coefficient of fractional anisotropy (CFA) in percent in the areas of interest: upper longitudinal beam, front sections of the radiant crown, lower longitudinal beam, front thigh of the inner capsule. If the CFA at least in one zone of interest falls into the corresponding interval: in the upper longitudinal beam from 87.1 to 86.22 %, in the front sections of the radiant crown from 85.1 to 81.79 %, in the lower longitudinal beam from 83.41 to 76.53 %, in the front thigh of the inner capsule from 84.07 to 81.82 %, cognitive impairments are diagnosed in a patient with dyscirculatory encephalopathy at an early stage of their development.

EFFECT: invention is a method for diagnosing cognitive impairments at an early stage of their development in patients with dyscirculatory encephalopathy.
