FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of metallurgy, in particular, it can be used to obtain brazed products from heat-strengthened aluminum alloys for the manufacture of hull structures. Method comprises soldering and subsequent heat treatment, and the soldering and heat treatment is carried out in one heating-cooling cycle of the product, and the soldering temperature should be no more than 5÷10 °C above the limiting temperature of heating for quenching and not less than 10÷15 °C below the solidus temperature of the brazed aluminum alloy, and quenching at the cooling stage is carried out by blowing the product with cold air to room temperature. After quenching, the welded construction may also be subject to artificial aging.
EFFECT: technical result is to increase the strength of soldered joints from aluminum alloys.
