FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to soldering of parts from aluminium and its alloys by solders based on eutectic alloys containing silicon and germanium. First method comprises heating the parts to soldering temperature and holding them at said temperature. Said soldered parts are cooled to temperature 5-40°C higher than that of nonequilibrium solidus of used solder. Soldered parts are held at said temperature for 10-100 min. Finally, they are cooled down to room temperature. Second method comprises heating soldered parts to temperature 5-10°C higher than that of nonequilibrium solidus at the rate of 0.8 K/min. Final cooling to room temperature is carried out in air or with furnace.
EFFECT: higher antirust properties and strength.
