FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to biotechnology. Method for obtaining L-valine by fermentation of microorganisms of the genus Corynebacterium, containing in a replicable form, a polynucleotide with operator activity, the sequence of which is at least 85 % identical to the sequence from position 1 to 121 according to SEQ ID NO: 1, 2 or 3, which binds to the PrpR activator, and functionally below which at the 3'-end is the second polynucleotide, characterized by promoter activity, as well as the ilvB and ilvN genes, which regulates the transcription of the ilvBN genes depending on the addition of the PrpR activator to the medium to which propionate or 2-methyl citrate is added as an inducer in the second phase (growth phase) without an inducer. Use of this polynucleotide with operator activity for the regulation of ilvBN gene expression is proposed. Expression cassette for use in the indicated method is proposed, containing the specified polynucleotide with operator activity, located below the promoter and the ilvBN genes. Proposed expression vector containing the specified expression cassette. Use of this expression cassette and expression vector for the expression of the ilvBN genes in microorganisms of the genus Corynebacterium is proposed. Microorganism of the genus Corynebacterium is proposed for obtaining L-valine by the indicated method, which contains the indicated expression cassette or the indicated expression vector in replicable form.

EFFECT: group of inventions allows to increase the yield of L-valine.
