SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to biotechnology. Disclosed is alanine dehydrogenase, characterized in that said enzyme has a sequence which is at least 85 % identical to the sequence under SEQ ID NO: 72. Disclosed is a polynucleotide encoding said alanine dehydrogenase. Disclosed is a recombinant microorganism of the genus Corynebacterium for producing L-alanine, L-valine, L-glutamate and L-lysine, containing at least one said alanine dehydrogenase and/or at least one said polynucleotide. Disclosed is a method of producing in excess amount of L-amino acid using a microorganism of the genus Corynebacterium, characterized by that said polynucleotide encoding said polypeptide is built into a recombinant microorganism of the genus Corynebacterium using a cloning or expression vector, wherein said amino acid is selected from a group comprising L-alanine, L-valine, L-glutamate and L-lysine.

EFFECT: group of inventions enables to obtain L-alanine, L-valine, L-glutamate and L-lysine in excess amount using said microorganism.
