FIELD: image forming devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of display screens. Display comprises a display screen, a gate driver circuit, and a driver integrated circuit (IC). Display screen is provided with n pixel rows arranged in sequence, each pixel row corresponding to a gate line. Gate driver circuit is connected to n rows of gate lines. Driver IC is connected to the gate driver circuit via signal lines, configured to transmit a frame start signal. Position of the connection between the first signal line and the gate driver circuit corresponds to the i-th row of the gate line, and the position of the connection between the second signal line and the gate driver circuit corresponds to the j-th row. Driver IC in a first display mode transmits a first frame start signal to the gate driver circuit using the first signal line, and in a second display mode transmits a second frame start signal to the gate driver circuit using the second signal line.
EFFECT: reducing energy consumption of the display screen due to the formation of an image in both full-screen mode and non-full-screen mode, which provides different sizes of the display area in each display mode.
