FIELD: medicine; otorhinolaryngology; physiotherapy.
SUBSTANCE: at the first stage, using an insufflator, small-drop irrigation of the posterior pharyngeal wall with Ozonide oil diluted with vaseline oil in a ratio of 4:1 is carried out. At the same time, 5 irrigations are carried out during the 1st procedure, 7 irrigations during the 2nd procedure, 10 irrigations during the 3rd and subsequent procedures. The interval between irrigations is 2 minutes. The second stage is carried out after the first stage with an interval of no more than 5 minutes. At the second stage, exposure to low-intensity pulsed laser radiation is carried out using the Matrix apparatus, using a laser head of pulsed radiation LO-904-20. The impact is carried out on point 1, located directly below the angle of the lower jaw, and on point 2, which is the intersection point of two lines passing along the anterior edge of the sternocleidomastoid muscle and the upper edge of the thyroid cartilage. Sequentially first point 1, then point 2 are impacted, respectively, on the left and right. In this case, the laser radiation power is increased from the 1st to the 7th procedure from 2 to 8 W in increments of 1 W. The 8th and subsequent procedures are performed with a power of 8 W. The frequency of laser radiation is reduced from the 1st to the 5th procedure from 80 to 20 Hz with a step of 15 Hz, from the 6th to the 8th procedure - from 15 to 5 Hz with a step of 5 Hz, the 9th and 10th procedures are performed at a frequency of 5 Hz. Duration of exposure to each point: 1st and 2nd procedures - 0.5 min, 3rd and 4th - 1 min, 5th and 6th - 1.5 min, 7th and subsequent - 2 min. In total, from 8 to 10 procedures are carried out, 2-3 procedures per week.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the severity of subjective symptoms of atrophic pharyngitis, improve the pharyngoscope and microbiological picture, normalize the cellular composition of the mucous membrane of the posterior pharyngeal wall, reduce the duration of treatment, and achieve a stable long-term effect of treatment.
