FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the microring resonators based fully optical logic elements (OLE) and can be used as a logical basis in optical computing devices. Microring resonator based fully optical logical basis contains AND, NOT, OR, XOR logical elements, each of which consists of the microring resonator and the first waveguide connected to the ring resonator by means of the first directional splitter, the first waveguide input is the any logic element first optical input, and the output is the any logic element first optical output. Second waveguide is introduced placed in parallel to the first waveguide in the same direction and connected to the ring resonator using the second directional splitter, the second waveguide input is the any logic element second optical input, and the output is the second optical output, wherein the first output for the AND and NOT logical elements is the output of these elements, at the NOT logical element at the first input a logical unit is supplied, and the OR and XOR elements outputs are interconnected using the Y-shaped splitter, which output is the OR and XOR logical elements output, the micro resonator radii in the elements AND: EXCLUSIVE, NOT: OR are chosen from the condition, in which the resonant wavelength initial shift from the working wavelength is in 1:2:2.5 ratio.
EFFECT: development of fully optical logic elements on one MCR with the same direction of the inputs and outputs.
