SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to cardiology and genetics, and is a method for the diagnosis of multivessel atherosclerotic lesions of the coronary arteries in patients with ischemic heart disease in abdominal obesity; according to the invention, the expression level of the microRNA-203 gene in the blood serum is determined, and at the expression level of the microRNA-203 gene equal to or greater than 101.00 conditional expression unit, multivascular atherosclerotic lesion of the coronary arteries is diagnosed.
EFFECT: invention provides a highly sensitive and specific personalized, highly accurate method for diagnosing multivessel coronary artery atherosclerotic lesions in patients with ischemic heart disease with abdominal obesity, based on the patient's epigenetic features.
