SUBSTANCE: invention describes a process for the preparation of 3-(3-(4-(1-aminocyclobutyl)phenyl)-5-phenyl-3H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-yl)pyridin-2-amine, comprising step 3 of reacting tert-butyl(1-(4-((3-amino-6-phenylpyridin-2-yl)amino)phenyl)cyclobutyl)carbamate with 2-amino-nicotinaldehyde in the presence of an oxidising agent and an acid in a polar protic solvent to form tert-butyl(1-(4-(2-(2-aminopyridin-3-yl)-5-phenyl-3H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-3-yl)phenyl)-cyclobutyl)carbamate. Also described is a version of the process of obtaining 3-(3-(4-(1-aminocyclobutyl)phenyl)-5-phenyl-3H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-yl)pyridin-2-amine.
EFFECT: technical result of these methods is that these methods are simple and ensure the safety of the process.
