SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to oral and maxillofacial surgery, and can be used for simultaneous elimination of defects in the oral cavity floor and the surface of the tongue. Implant site is prepared using an incision of soft tissues in the region of the maxillofacial groove with excision of scar-modified tissues in the region of the oral cavity floor and the surface of the tongue. Eliminate the defect of the oral cavity floor with an axial flap. As an axial flap, a vascularized axial musculomucosal graft is used on the perforating vessels from the facial artery, which includes the adjacent part of the buccal muscle. And to eliminate the defect in the surface of the tongue, xenomembrane from the porcine dermis is used with a length and width of 10–30 mm, thickness of 0.45–0.50 mm.

EFFECT: method allows to increase the functionality and aesthetic effect, to reduce the injury rate, also provides the ability to simultaneously eliminate the defect of the oral cavity floor and the surface of the tongue by using a combination of a vascularized axial musculomucosal graft on the perforating vessels from the facial artery, including the adjacent part of the buccal muscle and xenomembrane from the porcine dermis.
