SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering, in particular to bearing devices for crank mechanisms, namely, bushings of the piston head of a connecting rod of an internal combustion engine, and can be used in forced diesel engines, in high-speed automobile engines, in compressor devices, etc. The bushing of the piston head of the connecting rod of an internal combustion engine consists of a housing (1), the outer surface (2) of which is cylindrical, the inner working surface (3) is barrel-shaped, and the ends (4) are partially beveled, from the central annular groove (5), made on the inner working surface (3) of the body (1). In the lower part of the inner working surface (3) of the body (1) there is a hole (6) for entering the lubricant, made of a cylindrical shape. In the upper part of the inner working surface (3) of the housing (1), there is a hole (7) for cooling the piston head, made in the form of a truncated cone. The central annular groove (5) has a trapezoidal cross-section, the larger base of which faces the outer cylindrical surface (2) of the sleeve body (1). The hole (6) for introducing the lubricant and the hole (7) for cooling the piston head are made on the axis of the central annular groove (5). The outer cylindrical surface (2) of the body (1) is made with an anti-corrosion coating. The bushing is pressed into the piston head of the connecting rod. Oil is supplied to the bore (6) of the connecting rod piston head bushing through the oil channel.

EFFECT: increases reliability of the piston head bushing of the connecting rod of an internal combustion engine, increases the service life due to the uniform distribution of lubricant and intensive cooling of the rubbing surfaces and the elimination of rapid leakage of lubricant from the friction zone.
