FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a pigmented aqueous primer, as well as to multilayer paint systems and a method for production thereof. Said primer material contains an aqueous polyurethane-polyurea dispersion having polyurethane-polyurea particles present in the dispersion, the average size of which is 40–2,000 nm, and having a gel fraction of at least 50 wt. % of polyurethane-polyurea particles, in each case in a reactive form and a defined composition of solvents. Said dispersion contains at least one polyurethane prepolymer (Z.1.1) containing isocyanate groups and containing anionic groups and / or groups, which can be converted to anionic groups, as well as at least one polyamine (Z.1.2), which includes two primary amino groups and one or two secondary amino groups. Total amount of solvents present in the primer material is less than 9 wt. % of solvents selected from the group comprising solvents having LGB between 5 and 15 and solubility in water greater than 1.5 wt. % at 20 °C.

EFFECT: obtained pigmented aqueous primer material has storage stability, good applicability, as well as stability of point holes and blisters.
