FIELD: coatings; paints.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to aqueous base coating material, a method for producing a multi-layer paint system, a method for repairing a multi-layer paint system, and a system for re-applying during repair work. The aqueous base coating material contains at least one aqueous polyurethane-polyurea dispersion (PD) with polyurethane-polyurea particles that are present in the dispersion, and have an average particle size of 40-2,000 nm, and a gel fraction making up at least 50%, and also contains at least one aqueous dispersion (wD), which contains a polymer with a particle size of 100-500 nm, obtained by sequential radical emulsive polymerization of three different monomer mixtures (A), (B), and (C) of olefinnunsaturated monomers. The polyurethane-polyurea particles in the reacted form contain (Z. 1.1) at least one polyurethane prepolymer, including anionic groups and/or groups that can be converted to anionic groups, and (Z. 1. 2) at least one polyamine, including two primary amino groups and one secondary amino group. The glass transition temperature of the polymer obtained from Mixture (A) is 10-65°С. The glass transition temperature of the polymer obtained from Mixture (B) is -35-+15°С. The glass transition temperature of the polymer obtained from Mixture (C), is -50-+15°С.

EFFECT: aqueous base coating material makes it possible to obtain multi-layer paint systems, as well as reapplicable multi-layer paint systems during repairs, which, along with excellent aesthetic properties, also have good adhesive properties.
