SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Use of a PAR1 antagonist selected from vorapaxar, atopaxar, 3-(2-chlorophenyl)-1-[4-(4-fluorobenzyl)piperazin-1-yl]propenone and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts as a drug for the prevention and/or treatment of a functional pathological condition in the pelvic and perineal region, selected from the group irritable bladder syndrome, overactive bladder syndrome, chronic pelvic and perineal pain and urinary incontinence, and a pharmaceutical composition of the same purpose based on these compounds.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reducing the enhanced contractile reactions of the inflamed or overactive bladder.
