SUBSTANCE: described is a group of inventions that includes a method for detecting two target nucleic acid sequences in a sample using different detection temperatures. In one embodiment of the invention, a method for detecting two target nucleic acid sequences in a sample includes a step of determining the presence of two target nucleic acid sequences based on signals, wherein the presence of a target nucleic acid sequence having a high detection temperature, determined on the basis of the signal detected at a high detection temperature, the presence of a target nucleic acid sequence having a low detection temperature is determined by the difference between the signal detected at a high detection temperature and the signal detected at a low detection temperature.

EFFECT: invention widens the range of methods for detecting nucleic acid sequences in a sample.
