In one of implementations of the invention, the information carrier suitable for input contains instructions for configuration of a processor in order to implement a method for the detection of the presence of two nucleotide target sequences in a sample, using different detection temperatures, where the method includes stages of reception of both a signal detected at a high detection temperature, and a signal detected at a low detection temperature, and detection of the presence of two nucleotide target sequences based on received signals.
EFFECT: invention expands the arsenal of means for the detection of target sequences in a sample, using different detection temperatures.
