SUBSTANCE: described is a method of detecting a plurality of target nucleic acids using only one type of label in one reaction vessel using a plurality of detection temperatures. Signal is varied depending on the presence of the corresponding target nucleic acid at the corresponding detection temperature of each of the target nucleic acids.
EFFECT: method according to the present invention makes it possible not to analyse the melting curve after amplification of the target, even using one type of label, and thus can significantly reduce the analysis time.
