System contains a lot of light sources, a camera made with the ability to capture an image of light radiation from light sources reflected from the eye, a logic device, a data storage device in which instructions are executed by the logic device for iteratively projecting light from various combinations of light sources from a variety of light sources and capturing the image of the eye in the process of projecting each combination and selecting the selected combination of light sources to track eye movement based on the definition of the occlusion detected in the image due to the transparent or translucent optical structure located between the eye and the camera, and projecting light through a selected combination of light sources to track eye movement.

EFFECT: technical result is to improve the accuracy of tracking eye movements.
