Described herein is a structure on the basis of flexible conductive track arrangements, which has a pre-flexing state, and the structure is mostly planar. Above conductive tracks are formed of a metal layer, and they are covered on top and bottom with insulator layers. Further, the elongated conductive tracks are mostly planar, but locally corrugated perpendicularly to the main plane.

EFFECT: this makes it possible to improve bonding characteristics, for example, to form tight winding using conductive tracks.
