SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment. Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a device based on flexible conductive paths for a neurostimulation system, such as a cochlear implant device. Also disclosed are a device based on flexible conductive paths and a neurostimulation system.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to manufacture a device without the need for a transporting substrate by introducing metal structures of the device into the ceramic dielectric material, formed during atomic layer deposition, which can be carried out at temperature which is compatible with processing steps of polymers of such a device.
