SUBSTANCE: invention relates to digital data. Computer-implemented method of geomodeling the placement of self-service machines (SSM), performed using a processor and comprising stages, on which geographic information is obtained using a digital map, it is determined on the basis of the mentioned information on the boundaries of the settlement, determining at least one point of the location of the intended installation of at least one SSM in said area; obtaining a set of metrics containing at least financial transaction data in said area and statistical data of said area, determining and ranking the points of the proposed installation locations of the SSM based on the above set of metrics and displaying the determined one or more points of the proposed installation locations of the SSM on the digital map.
EFFECT: technical result is aimed at providing the function of automated determination of SSM installation sites with reference to geo-information data.
